Question...
I'm sure I could just google this question but I am writing it here instead! Has it ever happened where the President Elect was not voted in by the Electoral College in December? You know b/c we, the people vote in November- one candidate "wins," but he is just the President Elect until the December vote. Politics sort of confuse me...

DECEMBER VOTE. WHAT DECEMBER VOTE ?YOU CONFUSE ME.
We don't vote in December, the Electoral College votes. That's why they keep saying President ELECT Obama. I believe they vote Dec 15- check it out!
